Hi Paul,
Thanks for your introduction and welcome to the group.
I am fairly new myself, only about 6 weeks or so, and I surmise that my
esteemed colleagues will have much more to say on the topic of past records.

My name is Harmony Thiessen.  I live in Vancouver BC Canada (paradise).
I am a business strategist and specialize in helping small businesses
discover hidden revenue streams without spending a dime on advertising.
Creative thinking and innovation are required! :-)
I work with all aspects of their business from website selling features to
how they invoice.

I have a couple online businesses and am developing some very interesting
self growth material under the trade name Jelly Beans For Life.

I teach business development at local colleges and institutions.

Lastly I have a Creative Thinking Training Business working with corporate
business and individuals who want to develop their creative thinking
capacity resulting in innovative strategies.

Although I function more intuitively than scientifically, I am nonetheless
an avid reader of most sciences and join the celebration of gratitude for
the safe landing of Discovery this morning.

My experience with the group has been that JB (whose efforts I loudly
applaud) throws out a challenge and we think outside the gunny sack to offer
solutions or ideas. There is some concern that we are not doing much with
the thought outcomes (this has been stated by others recently) and so we are
considering the alternatives.

Recently a fellow named MD from India told about his idea and then
quantified it with a summary of how he used it and the outcomes as
pertaining to his own business.  As a business person I found it very
helpful. In fact, we have started an interesting dialogue together.

I look forward to your ideas - and perhaps those of us in business can hope
for a mastermind group that focuses on innovation. How exciting!

  My name is Paul Baumgartner. I'm new to the club
here and I just wanted to send you guys an email to
sort of make you aware of my presence.
  I am from Nashville, Tennessee. I am a producer for
Counterstrike Productions (a recording studio). I have
also been designing my own line of music gear.(guitar
amps, bass amps, PA systems, Mixers....etc.)
   Unfortunately all I have are plans, ideas, and
clutter. So I guess this is why I'm here. I have so
many ideas and I dedicate much of my time to
brainstorming new products and stuff. I just knew
there had to be a place where I could find people of
my caliber.
  Also I would very much appreciate a refresher course
on the subjects at hand. I would love to contribute my
thoughts and ideas to the pile. So if someone would
please bring me up to date as to what's going on here,
I would be very thankful.
