Hi Friends.
I have been reading a lot of the introductions and enjoying the ideas
flying in. The very concept of an 'imagination club' is so cool! Great
idea, Jeffrey.
I live in India and am working in the area of 'creativity in
business'. I am an engineer/MBA by training, and a creative person at
heart, and have had experience in the areas of sales, marketing, and
copywriting. Currently, I work with companies to help them in areas of
creative thinking and problem-solving. It's tough trying to convince
people to do training in an area as ambiguous as creativity which does
not yield immediate results, but I am enjoying the process.I call
myself the 'Chief Nurturer' because any work in creativity is
essentially the nurturing of new ideas.
I am also raising two teenagers which is as creative a task as any! It
is like 'walking the talk' on a daily basis. In fact, a good problem to
solve could be:How to keep your sanity while dealing with teens?!
I am in the midst of a project and will keep contributing sporadically
to the club.
Cheers,
Alka Puri
