They would need to solve puzzles in teams (i.e I get a piece; you get a
piece; she gets a piece... and then we all have to hook up to find out how to
complete it!)  

It would be mandatory for everyone to play every day... maybe you would have
to 'clock in' and 'clock out' as proof???

Business meetings should be held on the round about, whilst everyone is
staring up at the sky; or the leaves of overhanging trees...  Instead of the
conversation going round and round, the attendees would...this would free
their thinking, and solutions that are 'mind blowingly' original would filter
through...

Everyone would have to share lunch boxes...like on a school playground.  This
would make you think about what snacks you take to work.  The snacks might
become bartering fodder!  You could end up chatting to someone from another
department...just because you like the look of his lunch...pretty soon you
could discover unexpected connections between your departments...

There should be a notice board where brain waves could be displayed for all
to see. You know, like those ones in war movies that the strategists
use...the see through ones like those on 'ER'. These ideas should be
considered from all angles, by all departments...WOW! Communication!

This was so much fun!  Now I have to do playground duty...I am a teacher!  I
want to go on the slide...and I want to see what's in my friend's lunch box!

I'd like to make this challenge a little different. Rather 
than presenting a challenge and asking for your ideas, I'm 
going to give you a business idea and I want you to improve 
the idea with your own additional ideas and comments...

Here's the idea: Executive playgrounds.

Executive playgrounds are like children's playgrounds, with 
swings, slides, things to climb on and so on. However, 
executive playgrounds would be for adults, specifically 
business people, who would play, perform tasks and do other 
activities. They would be guided by coaches who would give 
them tasks designed to reduce stress, think creatively, 
perform team-work and so on. 

Now it's your turn: improve my idea!
