Playgrounds

How do I see an Executive playground?
Very informal,no business suits, clothes which allow freedom to do
somersaults if desired,non-structured seating arrangements, bean-bags/
hammocks/armchairs/ even mattresses.
People have 'portable' work-spaces which they can move around and sit
at different locations if they feel like it. If they want a specific
place, it would be their choice.
There would be areas for different 'activities', eg teamwork, stress
management, time planning etc. Each executive can design their own
'activity-timetable' for the week and follow it.
I also see lots of noise, laughter, physical activity, people could be
discussing while dribbling a ball, or on a see-saw, if they disagreed
with someone, they could 'shoot' them with a Nerf Master Blaster!
People could sing songs while holding hands and going round in
circles.
Anyone can walk upto another person and start playing together, ie
they can choose which team they want to work with on a particular
activity.
There would be no,embarassment in crying in public. If you felt hurt,
you can have the freedom to stand and bawl/shout. Maybe a
'venting-your-feelings' space, like the Japanese?
Sharing food is a great thought.
How about 'show and tell'? Each person gets a chance to speak about
things which matter a lot to them on a personal basis. They could talk
of a hobby, a pet project at home, a problem, their feelings,
something they are excited/worried/concerned about...
In sum, the playground should be a place where people always want to
be, and have to be pulled away from --- not the other way round!
Happy playing.
