[Imagination Club] Challenge: New bathtub ideas

With a front-loading washing machine, the tub itself rotates causing the
clothes to tumble into the water. Less water is needed for this method
of washing. Therefore a front-loading hot tub might conserve water as
well. Yes, the occupants would have to be cushioned from the tumbling
action, but a large horizontal-axis machine of this kind could wash the
whole family with a minimum amount of water. Also, as a former
motorcycle mechanic, I've sand blasted many spark plugs to remove carbon
and soot from deep inside the insulator. A form of air/sand or
air/walnut shell blasting could remove dirty and dead skin. ;-)

The fellow that suggested a way to add hot water with the feet made a
point that I had totally forgotten. After 20-30 minutes in a tub, hot
water is needed, but it has to be circulated as it is added.
Otherwise, the hot water is not dispersed properly in the tub. I
suggest an addition to the foot controls which dispenses the hot water
at several points in the tub, rather than just the one at the tap.

All in all, there were many excellent responses to Mr. Baumgartner's
request for sharing. I enjoyed thinking about this and reacting to the
other member's suggestions. I look forward to reading more.
