How about introductions?

I'm Barb...I work at Delphi, the world's largest supplier of automotive
components (probably saw us in the news recently - under "bad news")  My
role is to facilitate material cost reduction brainstorming workshops.

I have a problem! The level of participation in the imagination club has
fallen over the past few weeks, even though membership has increased
slowly.

A month ago, a challenge would have resulted in at least a half dozen
ideas from a half dozen people. Now, most challenges get just one or two
responses.

So, today's challenge is simple: how can I encourage you and the other
100 or so members to participate more in the imagination club?
