[Imagination Club] Challege: more participation

Hi JB,
You are either very concerned or have shrewdly asked us for solutions
to the age old problem of maintaining the team's motivation during
idea submissions!
I think the situation that has arisen with falling contributions could
be a function of the proverbial "suggestion box" syndrome. Lots of
idea requests with little feedback.
I would like to suggest the following:
1. More detail/background to the problem or challenge at hand,
(creativity based on insight)
2. Fewer, more intense problems, (quality not quantity)
3. Feedback on the ideas that have been submitted - drop or adopt
