Dear Jeffrey,

My name is Ingrid. I am a business innovation consultant living in Sydney,
Australia.
I joined the Imagination Club right in the beginning, participated once and
noticed than how difficult it is for me to follow the idea development
process stretched over several emails - I have lost the focus of what we are
trying to achieve. Thus it became nearly impossible for me to contribute.
Also, being a visual person, I miss any optical, colourful inspiration from
drawings etc. - words can be boring for me after some time.

My proposal (similar to what some other already said):
- focus on just one or two challenges/month - let people vote on what we
want to spend our time
- move away from the email-list towards any type of online-forum that
provides an overview on how responses are linked and also gives us the
opportunity to add pictures/drawings

I highly appreciate your initiative and stayed on the club as I sometimes
found some very good inspiration by just jumping into one topic, scrolling
through and picking anything without thinking about it as the starting point
for a new thought on my challenges.

It's a good learning experience for something great to come :) - please keep
on going!

Have a great day!

Ingrid

Subject: [Imagination Club] Challege: more participation

I have a problem! The level of participation in the
imagination club has fallen over the past few weeks, even
though membership has increased slowly.

A month ago, a challenge would have resulted in at least a
half dozen ideas from a half dozen people. Now, most
challenges get just one or two responses.

So, today's challenge is simple: how can I encourage you
and the other 100 or so members to participate more in the
imagination club?
