Hi,
I have a challenge for the group. 
I am currently in a business that is restructuring the leadership team

which I am a part. The new proposed model doesn't include my current
role,
rather an amalgamation of two. I need to discuss this with my boss but

to ensure that I do it in a manner that is seen to be supportive of the
changes but also brings about a positive outcome for all concerned. How
